Developing the capacity of women in the community
The #USAWACLP is a 10-week program whose focus is to deliver a practical and authentic approach to leading and managing sustainable-impact based non-profit organisations and community grassroots initiatives. Fellows of the program consist of grassroots female leaders between the ages of 20 to 45 from across five Southern African countries
The 3rd Cohort of the CLP will be running from the 3rd of September to the 5 of November 2022 we will be training 30 female founders from Southern Africa who are leading grassroots community-based organisations and community-based social impact projects.
Local and international civil society and business leadership experts will facilitate the 10-week virtual in-class training
The participants will have an opportunity to pitch for the USAWA Institute Equality Grant at the end of their training and also to join the community a consortium led by the alumni of the #USAWACLP.
